The work of Talkmatters is supported by our volunteers and trustees, and relies on donations and grants.
It costs Talkmatters £49 to provide a single counselling session, but we ask our clients for £10 per session.
Every donation offers the gift of counselling to someone who could otherwise not afford it.
We also have a pay it forward option - if you can afford to give more, this will help to give someone else in need the gift of counselling at a vital time.
